Structure
The Managing Board of the EFZN consists of a total of seven gentleman or lady professors. Out of these persons, three are delegated by the "Technische Universität Clausthal (in English the "Clausthal University of Technology"), while the TU of Braunschweig and the Universities of Göttingen, Hannover and Oldenburg each appoint one person. These members are elected or appointed for two years, and among themselves, they elect in turn one chairperson and one assitant chairperson.
