- Final motion for the foundation of the EFZN, a scientific institution of the Clausthal University of Technology in cooperation with the universities of Braunschweig, Hannover, Göttingen and Oldenburg

- Decision of the government of Niedersachsen to establish the Energie-Forschungszentrum in Goslar as a scientific institution of the Clausthal University of Technology.
