The Energy Days of Lower Saxony (NET) have been held under the organisational leadership of the Energy Research Centre of Lower Saxony EFZN since 2007. Their objective is to bring together experts and interested persons from society, politics, government, business and science in order to promote the necessary interdisciplinary dialogue on the transformation of the energy system.
The content is planned by a Programme Committee that is made up of rotating representatives from energy businesses and industry, the government departments of Lower Saxony and the Energy Research Centre of Lower Saxony, depending on the respective theme. The events are a mixture of plenary sessions, discussions and further work in specialist forums.
